Returns & Exchanges Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization number from ShoppingPosh.Com and clearly mark it on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be accepted. To request a Return Authorization (RA) number please contact us at 847-945-POSH. Return packages not showing a valid RA on the outside will delay the processing of your credit or exchange. RA numbers are valid for 10 days only. Underwear, Swimwear and Bath and Body items cannot be returned. For all other items, we accept unworn, regular priced merchandise with tags still in place, in its original condition for full refund or exchange if postmarked within seven days of the receipt of purchase. Returns received after 7 days will NOT be honored and the merchandise will be destroyed. Shipping charges for any returns or exchanges are not refunded or applied to exchange credits. Shipping & Handling Shipping by UPS Ground is Free on any purchase over $50. We ship all packages via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select are also available upon request. UPS does not deliver to PO BOXES unless there is a street address so, if shipping to a PO Box please request US Post Office shipping. Please allow approximately up to five business days for processing and shipping - unless you have chosen an expedited method of shipping. Posh Essentials does not guarantee the availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not currently available or that is on backorder, we will notify you via email or phone. If an item is backordered we will ship in-stock merchandise and ship backordered items as they become available. Backordered items will be shipped via UPS Ground. In the event of multiple shipments you will not be charged more than your original shipping total. Sales Tax An 8.0% sales tax only applies to customers residing in IL.
